color, crush, food, humorous,
I met this cool dude called Jaffa
At the beginning he was so sweet to me
Sadly after a while he gave me the pip
In the end he ran out of juice and I had to squash him
Then I pulverised his flesh to a pulp
Cheers!

bird, color, humor, red, sky, water,
Looking up into the sky
a bird pooped in my eye
as it was flying overhead
causing me to see red
It was warm and soggy
making me feel queasy
I scurried into the house
like an upset little mouse
I headed for the kitchen sink
and got there in a blink
Using the faucet spout
I tried to flush it out
When it was expelled
it had a funny smell
and the sink water
had a dirty colour
So when a bird is flying overhead
keep your head down instead
Do not look up into the sky
or you may get poop in your eye

Your love is real
the love you feel.
Your love is great
the love you make.
Your records are on fire
its your desire.
Take me out tonight
and go wild and crazy,
or be fat and lazy.
So I played some Doors
and saw some whores.
So I said goodbye
and they all must die, fool.
So dig my guts
and eat my brain
and then go insane.
I don't
Care I love it
so forget it, Punk!

color, fun, funny, insect, nature, red, silly,
I peeked under a clover flower
and saw a ladybug in the shower
She turned bright red across her shell
and in her wrath began to yell.
Although her rage was crystal clear,
her voice was just too soft to hear
so I got closer to the ground
in hopes that I could hear the sound
and understand her tiny scream,
which swirled in the shower steam.
As I got close to listen hard
she jumped and flew across the yard.
But she was wet, and in a hurry
and somehow in the crazy flurry…
I think she simply just forgot,
she wasn’t wearing a single spot!

children, color, family, humorous, silly,
Through your eyes
Is the sky blue and the grass green?
It has to be because I’ve seen.
But your green might be my blue,
I’m sorry that just wouldn’t do.
If the sky you see is my red,
I think I’d lie down in my bed.
What if your grass is my pink?
I’d have to say that would stink!
Pink grass and red sky,
Dear oh dear, I’d surely die!
I’m glad my blue is my blue,
As far as I’m concerned that will do.
And I like my grass the green I see,
For how else could it ever be?
Don’t want to see through your eyes,
Just might scare me with surprise!

Underneath a rainbow
The colours fall down flat
Perhaps it is the rain
That makes them all go splat!

christmas, color, funny, light, travel,
Christmas was only a few hours away.
Santa and elves were coming on the sleigh.
The night was filled with fair sights,
'Til the clash with festive lights.
Soon flashing, bright nosed Rudolph, led the way!

The Pink Elephant
As I drove to work one day
In amazement a pink elephant crossed my way
I was shocked to see her in the middle of town
With bright purple spots and wandering around
Oh she was not a usual sight
The police though didn’t believe I was right
Thought I was crazy, nuts or drunk
Out comes the breathalyzer, hope I am not sunk
Now as I convince them of my crazy sanity
There she comes, my lady in her pink dress of vanity
And wow she’s got purple spots and bedroom eyes!
For under her dress, so full and curvaceous
She has all the pages of my poetry salacious!
Note: Inspired by a Just for Laughs video, filmed here in Montreal!

Southern Night, Piccolo Petes
are hard to beat...
I like hand held Sparklers, Tanks
flashing fountains, Solar Flare
Six to #20 Gold I have to share,
no incidence, no burns, thanks...
Whistles blow, fountains glow,
pop'n sounds, entire sky all aglow
I love those colors, high an low
trails eched onto my retina
inspired me to let ya know
Now you close both eyes
in pitch dark, what a surprise
for you to see, right there
darkness, absolutely anywhere
beautiful trails of lights in motion

We dream of a fling with a blonde
With red heads and brunettes we'd abscond
Yes--carried away!
But if her locks be gray
Our minds with hair dye can be conned

america, blessing, color, cool, feelings, humor, life,
Why do I enjoy and love my Teletubbies
They are colorful and cute most of all very chubby,
I was hooked the moment I laid eyes on their loveable faces
People laugh at me because some times I take them to different places,
I don't care how other people feel about them they make me happy and that's the way it is
So as time goes by I love them more and more so that is my biz,
The moral to the story is if you like something and no one else agrees
Then just look at them and say; this is just me.

color, devotion, emotions, funny love, gothic, halloween, scary,
How bright your eyes of cerulean blue
Look out from your porcelain face my dear
I saw those ivory teeth and I knew
That crimson blood would be flowing right here
Your cloak matches your obsidian brows
Absinthe is the green the grass we lie on
Love burning like charcoal as we carouse
Making our love last way before the dawn
Your sable hair reminds me of honey
And I crush my lips to yours oh so soft
I know that this is better than money
But do you agree? I noticed you coughed
Ash of roses the color I evoke
Before leaving you in a puff of smoke

appreciation, art, beauty, culture, discrimination, humorous, life,
They, the blind
Heavy laden with mystery of denial
Empty of eclectic views
Yearns for Island of blinding white light.
They hate the color black
Every woman's sexy black dress
Every man's spotless black tuxedo
Every child's mem'ry of a clean blackboard.
They hate the color black
Black American history, mighty as Montenegro
Bleach cannot blot out its strength.
They hate the color black
Face the Sun!
Hold a conversation on equatorial black
Black rain clouds cleansing, hydrating, renewing.
They hate the color black
Black, the night, showing starlight
Black ink on sheets of white
Black the beginning and end of life -
They hate the color black.

Adventurous times, Bad Times, Cool Times,
Down times, End times, Fun Times.
Grumpy times, Happy times, Intense times.
Juggling times, Kind times, Lean times.
Mean times, Now times, Off times.
Party times, Quirky times, Risky times.
Stable times, Tricky times, Umbrella times.
Verbal times, Wicked times X-Ray times.
Yes times, Zero times.
Oh no look at the time times,
Should have made time times,
Could have done better times,
Sorry for wasting your time times,
That's all for now times,
Haven't got the time times,
See you later times.

beautiful, beauty, color, heart, humorous, nonsense, rose,
today feels like pinkness.
pink is girly and pretty,
two things i am not.
grapefruit is reddish/pink
and so is a pig.
piglets are cute,
but they are just as stinky
as pigs.
pink balloons can float up to space,
where astronauts will pop them
and listen to them cry out
the little pink secrets
we blew into them
when they were just young.
lips are full of pink.
they make pink pouts
and pink kisses.
teenagers curse in their lips,
and adults curse their teenagers.
pink is a heart,
but not a real heart.
those are red and blue
and don't break as easy.
